Driver Ed Services

You must attend or live within the boundary of Green Canyon High School to register for our courses. Each high school in Cache Valley has it's own driver education program. Please visit the website of your boundary high school to register for their courses. Unfortunately, if you proceed without meeting these boundary requirements, you will be turned away. If you have graduated from high school, you are unable to enroll in our courses.

  • In-Person Class & Behind the Wheel Package

    • 27-Hour In-Person Driver Ed Class
    • 6 Hours of Behind-the-Wheel Training
    • 6 Hours of In-Car Observation
    • Road Skills Test

    All students are required to have their permit prior to registering.  If you do not have your permit, please obtain it first and then register.  (Logan, UT DLD)  If you register with false information you may be removed from the class at the instructor's discretion.   Thank you for your cooperation.

    Class usually held Monday - Wednesday each week. 3 hours each class. Dates may differ due to holidays and school schedule from time to time.

How to Get Your License

1. Obtain Your Permit at the DLD - Logan, UT DLD
To start any of our packages, you must have your learner's permit. To receive the permit, you must be at least 15 years old and pass the written test at the DLD.

2. Complete the Driver Ed Course
Register for your course package depending on what you have completed. Remember....the Behind-The-Wheel package is for those that have completed the curriculum course previously. Learn more about driver ed and register today

3. Complete Your Behind-the-Wheel Lessons
Learn to drive from a state-certified driving instructor who is patient and experienced at teaching teens how to drive. Our behind-the-wheel program gives you a variety of driving experiences in a controlled, safe environment. Once you register, you will be able to schedule your drive times online. The state requires you to practice driving 40 hours (10 at night) with your parent/guardian. No log is required, but your parent/guardian must sign when you get your driver's license that you have completed this requirement.

4. Take the Road Skills Test
After you have completed all your driving hours, one of our instructors or the DLD will give you the road test. You must score 20 or less to pass, and your score will be recorded in the DLD database. If you fail, you will need to retake the road test at the DLD.
